The copyright of all the images on this web site is owned by Martine Hamilton Knight Photography and Built Vision, in accordance with the 1988 Copyright, Designs and Patents Act.
Licences for original photographs are issued to our clients for them to use the photographs they have paid for in advertising and marketing material, professional award submissions, web applications etc. Each licence is applicable only to the relevant client. No third party is permitted to use or reproduce images we have supplied without our permission. Note that reproduction of images by a third party with our permission will probably involve a fee.
Unless a written request is made to the contrary prior to a commission being undertaken, we will hold all the images from a shoot as library stock and might, at our discretion, distribute some or all of the images internationally.
